Abstract

Mukbang adalah siaran makan yang dilakukan secara langsung dan menyajikan makanan dalam jumlah besar yang viral di media sosial. Budaya mukbang, agama/kepercayaan, status sosial ekonomi, personal preference, rasa lapar, nafsu makan, rasa kenyang, dan kesehatan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pola makan seseorang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan kebiasaan menonton video mukbang dengan preferensi makan pada mahasiswa di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional yang melibatkan 413 mahasiswa di DKI Jakarta. Data kebiasaan menonton video mukbang diukur dengan menggunakan Mukbang Addiction Scale (MAS) dan preferensi makanan diukur dengan kuesioner terstruktur yang disebar dengan online form. Data pola makan diukur dengan menggunakan FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis chi-square. Sebanyak 42,8% subjek teradiksi mukbang, dan 7,7% preferensi makan tinggi terhadap fastfood. Data statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan menonton video mukbang dengan preferensi makanan pada mahasiswa di DKI Jakarta (p < 0,05), terutama pada mahasiswa dengan status gizi normal. Preferensi makanan mahasiswa didominasi frekuensi konsumsi protein, sayuran dan fastfood. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kebiasaan menonton video mukbang dengan preferensi makan pada mahasiswa, terutama pada jenis makanan protein, sayuran dan fastfood.
