In Pantoloan Community Health Center in 2022, there will be 2,157 PUS using DMPA contraception. Objective: to determine the relationship between the duration of DMPA injectable contraceptive use and menstrual disorders in family planning acceptors at the Pantoloan Community Health Center in 2023. The method used was cross-sectional with a retrospective population in this study, namely 2,157 PUS in the Lere Community Health Center area, Palu City. With a total sample of 96 respondents, the data collection technique comes from primary data and secondary data with univariate and bivariate analysis. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. This research was carried out from August 30 2023. This research used a parametric test with the Chi-square test using SPSS. The results of the distribution of the frequency of experiencing menstrual disorders were 67.7% and not experiencing menstrual disorders as much as 32.2%. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis type so that the results of the bivariate analysis of menstrual disorders are P-value 0.000 The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the duration of DMPA injection contraceptive use and menstrual disorders at the Pantoloan Community Health Center. Data on cases of babies experiencing LBW at the Lere Community Health Center in 2022 is 33 cases. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with low birth weight (LBW) babies in the Lere Community Health Center Working Area, Palu City in 2022. This research is a retrospective analytical study with a case control research design. The population in this study was 478 mothers giving birth in the Lere Community Health Center area, Palu City. The total sample was 99 respondents. This sampling technique included babies who experienced LBW plus some babies who were born with normal weight but had almost the same characteristics as those who experienced LBW. This research was carried out from 20 to 23 August 2023. The results of bivariate analysis on maternal age were P value (0.041) with an Odds ratio of 4.160, Maternal nutritional status during pregnancy was P value (0.000) with an Odds ratio of 61.875, Parity was P value (0.136) with an Odds ratio of 2.228 and Education was P value ( 0.013) with an odds ratio of 6.171. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between maternal age, maternal nutritional status during pregnancy, and education. Parity is not related to the incidence of LBW in the Lere Community Health Center working area, Palu City. Researchers hope that the Lere Community Health Center can improve the quality of services, provide information, and reduce the birth rate of Low Birth Weight (LBW) babies. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan asuhan kebidanan persalinan pada Ny. S G2P1A0 usia kehamilan 39 minggu 6 hari janin tunggal hidup, intra uteri di Puskesmas Mamboro Kota Palu tanggal 15 September 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif (Case Study), menggunakan pendekatan observasional untuk memecahkan masalah yakni memberikan asuhan kebidanan persalinan pada Ny. S yang dipantau sejak kala I sampai kala IV persalinan meliputi data subjektif, objektif, assesment, plan dan pendokumentasian dalam bentuk SOAP didokumentasikan dalam bentuk SOAP di Puskesmas Mamboro Kota Palu. Hasil penelitian pada Ny. S umur 24 tahun G2P1A0 telah dilakukan asuhan komprehensif inpartu mulai dari kala I smpai kala IV. Puskesmas Mamboro menggunakan standar APN 60. Kesimpulan asuhan kebidanan persalinan normal yang dilakukan pada Ny, S umur 24 tahun G2P1A0 mulai dari kala I smapai kala IV persalinan berjalan dengan lancar. Bagi institusi Pendidikan diharapkan studi kasus ini terus dilakukan dan diingatkan dalam upaya peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan mahasiswa agar dapat melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan dengan benar. Di Puskesmas Lere pada tahun 2022 tercatat sebanyak 189 ibu hamil dan tidak tercatat adanya Angka Kematian Ibu dan Angka Kematian Bayi. Namun menurut bidan Koordinator mengatakan bahwa sebagain ibu hamil tidak mematuhi peraturan untuk memeriksakan diri ke tempat fasilitas kesehatan terdekat dikarenakan adanya pengetahuan ibu yang kurang memahami pentingnya melakukan kunjungan pada trimester 1, 2, dan 3. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan asuhan kebidanan komprehensih kehamilan normal trimester II pada Ny. N di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lere Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif (Case Study), menggunakan pendekatan observasional untuk memecahkan masalah yakni memberikan asuhan kebidanan kehamilan normal trimester II pada Ny. N G1P0A0 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lere yang dipantau sejak tanggal 29 Agustus 2023 (kunjungan 1) dan tanggal 26 September 2023 (kunjungan 2) dengan menggunakan sistem pendokumentasian dalam bentuk SOAP, yang meliputi data subjektif, objektif, assessment, dan plan menurut Dr. Lawrence Weed. Hasil penelitian pada Ny. N kehamilan dalam kondisi normal. Ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan adalah nyeri punggung bagian bawah, rasa gatal pada bagian perut dan muncul garis garis kemerahan diperut. Keluhan ini merupakan ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan kehamilan trimester II. Kesimpulan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif kehamilan normal trimester II yang dilakukan pada Ny. N, pengkajian data subjektif tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek, data objektif tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek, data assesment tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek, dan plan tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek.
