The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with low birth weight (LBW) babies in the Lere Community Health Center Working Area, Palu City in 2022. This research is a retrospective analytical study with a case control research design. The population in this study was 478 mothers giving birth in the Lere Community Health Center area, Palu City. The total sample was 99 respondents. This sampling technique included babies who experienced LBW plus some babies who were born with normal weight but had almost the same characteristics as those who experienced LBW. This research was carried out from 20 to 23 August 2023. The results of bivariate analysis on maternal age were P value (0.041) with an Odds ratio of 4.160, Maternal nutritional status during pregnancy was P value (0.000) with an Odds ratio of 61.875, Parity was P value (0.136) with an Odds ratio of 2.228 and Education was P value ( 0.013) with an odds ratio of 6.171. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between maternal age, maternal nutritional status during pregnancy, and education. Parity is not related to the incidence of LBW in the Lere Community Health Center working area, Palu City. Researchers hope that the Lere Community Health Center can improve the quality of services, provide information, and reduce the birth rate of Low Birth Weight (LBW) babies. In Pantoloan Community Health Center in 2022, there will be 2,157 PUS using DMPA contraception. Objective: to determine the relationship between the duration of DMPA injectable contraceptive use and menstrual disorders in family planning acceptors at the Pantoloan Community Health Center in 2023. The method used was cross-sectional with a retrospective population in this study, namely 2,157 PUS in the Lere Community Health Center area, Palu City. With a total sample of 96 respondents, the data collection technique comes from primary data and secondary data with univariate and bivariate analysis. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. This research was carried out from August 30 2023. This research used a parametric test with the Chi-square test using SPSS. The results of the distribution of the frequency of experiencing menstrual disorders were 67.7% and not experiencing menstrual disorders as much as 32.2%. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis type so that the results of the bivariate analysis of menstrual disorders are P-value 0.000 The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the duration of DMPA injection contraceptive use and menstrual disorders at the Pantoloan Community Health Center. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi kasus (case study), menggunakan pendekatan pemecahan masalah yaitu memberikan asuhan kebidanan persalinan pada Ny.L yang dipantau sejak kala I sampai kala IV persalinan, yang meliputi data subjektif, objektif, assesment, plan dan di dokumentasikan dalam bentuk SOAP di Puskesmas Pantoloan Kota Palu. Pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2023 Hasil penelitian pada Ny.L umur 30 tahun GIIPIA0 uk 38 minggu 4 hari yang dimulai dari kala I sampai kala IV persalinan di Puskesmas Pantoloan Kota Palu telah menggunakan standar APN 60 langkah. Hasil dari kala I- kala IV tidak di dapatkan kesenjangan dan dalam batas normal. Kesimpulan asuhan kebidanan persalinan yang dilakukan pada Ny.L umur 30 tahun GIIPIA0 mulai dari kala I sampai kala IV persalinan berjalan dengan lancar. Kehamilan remaja adalah masalah berat yang dapat berdampak pada kehidupan remaja. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan retrospektif cohort study. Penelitian ini dilakukan 21-28 Agustus 2023, di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pantoloan. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 51 ibu remaja, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling dimana keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel. Variabel independen pada penelitian yaitu kehamilan remaja dan variabel dependent yaitu berat lahir bayi. Analisa yang di gunakan Analisa univariat dan bivariat Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden yang hamil pada usia 13 ? 15 tahun dengan kategori kelahiran BBLR terdapat 1 orang (8%) dan kategori kelahiran BBLN tidak ada. Dan pada remaja yang hamil pada usia 16 ? 19 tahun dengan kategori kelahiran BBLR terdapat 11 orang (92%) dan kategori kelahiran BBLN terdapat 39 orang (100%). Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif sehingga didapatkan hasil analisis bivariat pada usia nilai P-value 0,069 0.05, maka Ha ditolak. mencatat dan melengkapi informasi mengenai kehamilan remaja sebagai sumber pencatatan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dengan penelitian ini tenaga kesehatan pihak puskesmas sebagai pusat pelayanan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan pada umumnya dan mencatat serta melengkapi informasi mengenai kehamilan remaja sebagai sumber pencatatan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
