Pengkajian pada By.A, diperoleh data ibu klien mengatakan anaknya batuk dan sesak. Diagnosa keperawatan prioritas yang diangkat yaitu bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Intervensi dan implementasi yang diberikan yaitu monitor pola nafas, monitor bunyi nafas tambahan, lakukan fisioterapi dada, berikan oksigen dan kolaborasi pemberian brokodilator. Evaluasi keperawatan : bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif teratasi dalam 3 hari. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat keterkaitan antara asuhan keperawatan pada By.A dengan teori comfort kolcaba .
