Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain plastisin terhadap dampak hospitalipsasi pada anak usia prasekolah di RSUD Anutapura Palu Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi-eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest-postest design. Populasi semua pasien usia prasekolah di RSUD Anutapura Palu. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 responden dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 15 responden sebelum diberikan terapi bermain plastisin mengalami kecemasan sedang 11 responden (73,3%) dan setelah diberikan terapi bermain plastisin kecemasan turun menjadi kecemasan ringan sebanyak 9 responden (60,0%). Hasil uji statistik dengan uji t diperoleh nilai p=0,001 jika ?=0,05 maka p ? dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh terapi bermain plastisin terhadap dampak hospitalisasi pada anak usia prasekolah di RSUD Anutapura Palu.
