DM dikenal sebagai silent killer karena sering tidak disadari oleh penyandangnya dan saat diketahui sudah terjadi komplikasi Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel: adalah 1 orang pasien dengan diabetes mellitus tipe ll Hasil : pengkajian di dapatkan pasien Ny.H dengan keluhan sering buang air kecil pada malam hari, sering merasa lelah, klien mengeluh lemah, dan lutut terasa keram. Diagnosa yang di temukan yaitu Ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah b.d resistensi insulin,gangguan integritas kulit b.d neuropati perifer Implementasi di lakukan selama 7 hari setelah di lakukan tindakan keperawatan masalah keperawatan dapat teratasi. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian telah sesuai dengan teori dan tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara pengkajian dan teori yang ada. Dari studi kasus ini adalah dalam asuhan keperawatan pada pasien DM yang menjadi masalah utama yang harus di selesaikan adalah untuk menurunkan kadar gula darah.
