Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 1059 siswa dengan sampel 290 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik Random Proportional Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner dan di analisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan nilai p-value = 0,023. Maka nilai p- value ? (0,0230,05) maka, hasil analisis tersebut menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Intensitas penggunaan smartphone terhadap Kualitas tidur pada Pelajar SMA Negeri 1 Palu. Disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara Intensitas pengunaan smartphone terhadap kualitas tidur. Peneliti menyarankan pada penelitian selanjutnya agar menambah variabel atau dengan variabel yang berbeda.
