Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, serta melakukan asuhan keperawatan dengan masalah nausea pada kasus hiperemesis gravidarum. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ruangan SemangkaRSUD Madani Palu. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan tindakan strategi pelaksanaan pada Ny.S didapatkan hasil yaitu Ny.S mengatakan bahwa mualnya sudah tidak ada, dan tidak ada perasaan ingin muntah.. Intervensi berdasarkan teori Adaptasi Roy yaitu memberikan teknik non farmakologi seperti pemberian aromaterapi lemon untuk mengurangi mual muntah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian yang dilakukan sesuai dengan teori dan tidak ada kesenjangan. Disarankan intervensi aromaterapi lemon dalam hal ini bisa diterapkan kepada pasien ibu hamil yang mengalami mual muntah.
