Tahun 2021 tercatat 12(1,46%) orang dari 820 ibu hamil dan terjadi peningkatan kasus hipertensi tahun 2022 menjadi 28(3,38%) orang dari 826 orang ibu hamil. Tahun 2023 dari 805 ibu hamil terdapat 35(4,35%) orang yang menderita hipertensi kehamilan. Pengkajian ini bertarget guna mengamati edukasi media leaflet pada pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai hipertensi untuk kehamilan di Puskesmas Talise kota palu. Metode: pengkajian ini bermetode quasi eksperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design, diselenggarakan sejak Juni, pengkajian ini berpopulasi seluruh ibu hamil diPuskesmas Talise Kota Palu tahun 2023 berjumlah 316 orang. Jadi jumlah sampel dipengkajian ini ialah 39 ibu hamil, guna mengambil sampelnya memakai sampling purposive sampling, Jenis data Sekunder & Primer, Analisa bivariate & univariat. Hasil: Pengetahuan ibu hamil sesudah edukasi sebagian besar meningkat secara golongan baik sejumlah 32 ibu (82,1%) serta golongan cukup sejumlah 7 ibu (17,9%). Hasil Analisis bivariat dengan p-value 0,0000,05 berarti terdapat dampak edukasi media leafleat pada pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang hipertensi kehamilan di Puskesmas Talise Kota Palu. Simpulan Ada pengaruh edukasi media leafleat terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil mengetahui hipertensi kehamilan di Puskesmas Talise Kota Palu. Saran perolehan pengkajian ini bisa sebagai acuan di perpustakaan terpadu Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu, serta dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan kebidanan dalam hal ini yaitu upaya pencegahan resiko tinggi pada ibu hamil khususnya hipertensi.
