Metode Pengabdian: Metode pengabdian melakukan edukasi tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan pada kelompok ibu hamil dan melakukan skrining tanda bahaya kehamilan dengan menggunakan kartu skor Poedji Rochjati. Hasil: Hasil analisis dengan nilai p value 0,043 (0,05), maka ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media leafleat terhadap pengetahuan dengan ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. Kesimpulan: Adanya perubahan pada pengetahuan ibu tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan dari sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan.
