Tehnik pengabdian untuk rencana kemitraan tiap individu ialah tehnik membagikan pelatihan berwujud edukasi dari diskusi kelompok terarah kepada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Mamboro. Pengabdian masyarakat program kemitraan masyarakat melalui pelatihan diikuti oleh 12 peserta. Peserta diberikan pretets dan postest, Luaran kegiatan ini adalah laporan pengabdian, dengan melakukan penyuluhan booklet dan dipublikasi melalui jurnal pengabdian masyarakat Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu.
