Tujuan penelitian diketahui Efektivitas Pemberian Rebusan Daun Kelor Terhadap Kelancaran ASI pada Ibu Menyusui di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pantoloan. Jenis penelitian yaitu pre eksperimen dengan desain one grup pre test and post test. Waktu penelitian tgl 10-25 november 2023. Populasi yaitu semua ibu menyusui dari 0-6 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pantoloan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 17 ibu menyusui 0-6 bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, dengan analisis bivariate dan univariat. Hasil karateristik responden paling dominan adalah usia 24-28 tahun (35,3%), usia bayi 2 bulan (35,3%), pendidikan terakhir tingkat SMA (47,1%), dan ibu yang bekerja sebagai IRT (94,1%). Pretest 100% ASI tidak lancar dan post test 100% ASI lancar. Hasil uji Wilcoxon P = 0,0000,05. Kesimpulan terdapat efektivitas konsumsi rebusan daun kelor terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pantoloan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi [ihak puskesmas untuk melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat bahwa rebusan daun kelor dapat digunakan untuk memperlancar dan meningkatkan produksi ASI.
