Metode Penelitian : penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel : adalah 1 orang pasien anak yang mengalami kenaikan suhu tubuh. Hasil : pengkajian didapatkan pasien hipertermi mengalami keluhan demam, badan teraba panas dan menggigil. 1. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu : hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit yaitu infeksi. Intervensi keperawatan manajemen hipertermia, regulasi temperatur. Implementasi keperawatan dilakukan selama 3 hari. Evaluasi setelah melakukan terapi kompres aloevera masalah keperawatan pada pasien dapat teratasi. Kesimpulan : pemberian terpai kompres aloevera mampu menurunkan suhu tubuh terdapat perubahan setelah dilakukan pengkompresan dari suhu tubuh 39,0 ?C menjadi 37,1 ?C pada hari ke 3. di harapkan intervensi kompres aloe vera menjadi intervensi keperawatan mandiri sebagai pendamping dari terapi farmakologis untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah keperawatan yang ada pada pasien hipertermi.
