Based on data from the Mapane Community Health Center in 2022 and 2023, coverage of K1, K4 and K6 has not yet reached 100%. Research Results: During the second trimester of pregnancy, TFU from the first visit to the third visit there was a gap between theory and practice because the size of the TFU did not correspond to the gestational age according to (Mc.Donald). Conclusion: The results obtained by the researchers were that subjective, objective, assessment and plan data studies were carried out on midwifery care for physiological pregnancy in the second trimester in N y.F in Lantojaya village in the working area of the Mapane Health Center. Suggestion: It is hoped that future researchers will be able to improve and know how to implement Physiological Midwifery Care and turn their learning into becoming a competent Midwife.
