Gejala utama dan umum pada demam tifoid yaitu demam. Namun di RSUD Mokopido diruangan anggrek belum menerapkan kompres air hangat. Tujuan penelitian adalah diterapkannya kompres air hangat pada klien Demam Tifoid di Ruangan Anggrek RSUD Mokopido Tolitoli tahun 2024. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, subyek penelitian salah satu pasien yang di diagnose demam tifoid, Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan dengan wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi dan melihat buku Rekam Medic. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa setelah dilakukan kompres air hangat pada hari pertama suhu turun dari 38,3? ke 37,5?, hari kedua dari 38,1 ke 37,5? dan hari ketiga dari 37,9? ke 37,4 ?. Rata-rata penurunan suhu tubuh setelah dilakukan kompres air hangat selama 30 menit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah kompres air hangat dapat menurunkan suhu tubuh.Diharapkan pihak Rumah Sakit khususnya perawat diruangan Anggrek untuk menerapkan kompres air hangat di ruangan dapat dimaksimalkan.
