ABSTRACT Home page + Contents Page + table + Attachments (xi + 91 Pages + 3 + 12 Attachments) The normal birth process is the expulsion of the products of conception. Women who give birth normally are protected from various risks and complications due to surgery, including bleeding, infection, reactions to anesthesia and the effects of prolonged pain. In 2022, the number of births recorded at the Mamboro Health Center was 305 people and 1 (0.32%) of them were assisted by a birth attendant (peraji). In 2023, from January to July, there were 159 births (46.2%) assisted by health workers. This final assignment report aims to provide midwifery care for childbirth for Mrs. E G1P0A0 gestational age 40 weeks 2 days single live fetus, intra uterine at Mamboro Health Center, Palu City on October 22 2023. This type of research is descriptive (Case Study), using an observational approach to solve the problem, namely providing midwifery care for childbirth to Mrs. E, which was monitored from the first stage to the fourth stage of labor, included subjective, objective data, assessments, plans and documentation in the form of SOAP, documented in the form of SOAP at the Mamboro Health Center, Palu City. The results of research on Mrs. E, 23 years old G1P0A0, has received comprehensive in-partum care from stage I to stage IV. Mamboro Health Center uses the APN 60 standard. Conclusion: Midwifery care for normal delivery carried out on Mrs. E, 23 years old G1P0A0, from the first to the fourth stage of labor went smoothly. It is hoped that the Mamboro Health Center can provide better service satisfaction for patients.
